ABOUT THE VENUE AT ECCUP

The Venue at Eccup near Leeds is new facility built on many years experience of planning and hosting wedding receptions, parties, annual balls, presentations, party events, general celebrations and functions and shows. Originally all the events were hosted within the premises of The New Inn bar and restaurant also at Eccup.

As the number of guests attending The Venue at Eccup increased we had to develop our site to include our own larger external marquee unit together with additional external car parking and footpaths which are now all available to support our hosted events

The Venue at Eccup can provide traditional wedding receptions, modern or themed wedding receptions, dales or country wedding receptions, birthday parties, anniversaries and family celebrations, divorce parties and private functions.

We also provide hosting for annual balls, college balls, sports club events, sports club presentations, garden parties, local fetes, charity balls and all fund raising events.

The Venue at Eccup excels in hosting trade shows, trade or professional association conferences, all general corporate events and product launches we can also arrange corporate fun days and team bonding events, along with corporate training days and similar training events.

The Venue at Eccup can host most trade exhibitions, trade presentations, house and office furniture and similar auctions, general auctions and general product sales days.

The Venue at Eccup can provide a great venue for fashion shows and furniture or clothing sales events.

The Venue at Eccup is able to host urgent or last minute planned events, wedding receptions or celebration balls usually being held at very short notice.

It is our goal that The Venue at Eccup will grow into one of Yorkshire's premier event hosting venues providing the space, the ambiance and the quality of service and detailed planning that is required to host events today. Our philosophy is the we plan and prepare and all you have to do is remember to invite your Guests to The Venue at Eccup.

At The Venue at Eccup will continue to maintain the high quality hosting service currently provided and we are always looking to increasing the range and scope of events we can successfully host on site.

Some of the options The Venue at Eccup Event Planners will discuss with you may not have even been considered by yourselves. This enable us to properly plan and then provide you with a fixed price quote - later if our quote is acceptable to yourselves we can successfully host the event for you.

The Venue at Eccup will normally host any event providing that it can be properly pre-planned and then safely, efficiently and professionally serviced by us.  A member of Staff from our Event Planners will meet with you in order to fully obtain all of your requirements to then enable us to "cover all the bases for you".
